Dallas Police arrested a man Friday at the Lake Highlands McDonald’s on Abrams Road and LBJ for the alleged sexual assault of a 15-year-old boy. The teen was allegedly attacked in the rest room of the fast food restaurant.
The suspect, Marques Elder, 29, was taken to Lew Sterrett County Jail and booked on a charge of Indecency with a Child/Contact, a 2nd degree felony.
