Coyote: By Glenn Clark
Behold one White Rock Lake area coyote, a reportedly harmless fella who recently stilled for photographer Glenn Clark.
The animal doesn’t seem to feel like socializing, Clark reports.
“Whenever I approached him for a photo, he would retreat into the creek foliage. He had a persistent itch, which made him scratch often. He may even be unhealthy, by the look in his eyes and droop of the ears. There may be more coyotes in the pack, but this one is all I saw and he seemed to be a loner.”
Clark says he photographed the coyote on the greenbelt near his home in the Lochwood Meadows area.
