2014_Highlandettes_with_ManagersWhen they sleep, little girls in Lake Highlands don’t dream of pink ballerinas. Instead, visions of red- and white-decked Highlandettes dance through their heads.

The Highlandettes are hosting their annual Dancing with the Dettes Dance Clinic Monday, March 17th (the last day of spring break, a school holiday). If your budding dancer, aged Kindergarten through 8th grade, signs up to experience life as a part of this award-winning dance team, she will learn a full day of dances and eat lunch with the team and other LH dancers her age. At 2:30 p.m., parents are invited to attend as the student dancers conclude officer noveltythe day with a Show-Off Performance. Participants will also be included in the annual Highlandette Spring Revue, April 25th or 26th, where they’ll be onstage to perform their “showoff” dance.
