College is the easy part — it’s all parties and football games, right? Deciding where to apply, how to explore financial assistance and scholarships, getting in … now these things are stressful. Of course, I was just kidding about college being easy, but let’s focus on the task at hand for now. Richardson ISD will sponsor multiple college informational events throughout the year, the first of which is next Monday night.
A college and career fair for all Richardson ISD high schoolers will take place Monday, Sept. 9 from 7-9 p.m. at the University of Texas at Dallas campus, 800 W. Campbell.
Students can maximize time spent perusing participating colleges and institutions by registering here at gotocollegefairs.com and acquiring a bar code, which they can present in lieu of filling out information cards at a zillion different booths.
