Over in East Dallas, Snuffer’s on Greenville will be demolished later this week in preparation for a newer and slightly smaller building with more parking.
I know. I know this is a big blow for cheese-fry addicts. Easy there. We have some cheesy Lake Highlands area alternatives:
JG’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers has some locally renowned cheddar and chili-cheese fries. Their condiments bar is stocked with add-ons such as jalepenos and onions, for the taking.
Burger House offers a good greasy cheese fry, though it’s pretty much just cheese and fries. Good fries. They also have a chili-cheese option.
Go for It Sports Grill brings you queso and tots. I think tots are a specialty at this neighborhood pub that does bar food slightly better than anyone else west of Greenville does bar food.
