footlooseMusical theater returns to Lake Highlands over the next two weeks as Artists of Christian Talent (ACT) present “Footloose” at LH United Methodist Church. More than 50 youth will participate in the production based on the hit movie from the 80s. They’ll share anthems like “Let’s Hear it for the Boy”, “Almost Paradise”, “Holding Out For a Hero” and, of course, “Footloose.”

The show is set in small-town Bomont, where the arrival of Ren from the big city breaks the peace and apparent harmony. When he brings music and dance back to a town broken by tragedy, the worlds of parents and teens collide.
