It’s holiday season at the Arboretum. Starting Friday, Nov. 23 and running through Dec. 31, the garden hosts special nativity sets, decorations, events and North Pole guests.

All of this along with the Chihuly exhibit, which was extended to run through Dec. 31. Chihuly nights continue Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 6-9 p.m. They also take place Dec. 26-30. Buy tickets online.

Two nativity sets will be on display. The George Dvorsky collection, which the Broadway actor built over three decades, includes pieces from places including Sweden, Hong Kong and Italy. The Harrington collection, built over five decades, includes pieces from around the world made from materials like coconut.

Santa Claus, Rudolph, Frosty and live reindeer visit the Arboretum from noon-4 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 23 and weekends.

The DeGolyer Mansion will be decked in 1940s-era cheer for daily tours.

The Small Houses of Great Artists exhibit, which showcases miniature homes inspired by artists like Picasso and Monet, continues its run through Dec. 31.
