Justin Gerald Jones, 19, and Tierra Ladarryl Winters, 17, will face capital murder charges in the shooting death of Donald Murrow outside Sherlocks Pub and Grill, on Walnut Hill east of Central, last week.
Witnesses, including Winters, identified Jones as the gunman, according to police records, and Winters reportedly was driving a car that the duo used to commit several robberies that same day.
The spree ended, reportedly, with the shooting, which occurred after the 36-year-old Murrow tried to stop Jones from robbing his buddy.
