Lake Highlands High School grad Granger Smith will be performing an outdoor concert Sunday, October 28th from 4:30-7:30 pm at the LH Town Center amphitheater. The popular country and western recording artist is returning to his hometown roots to help raise funds for the Wildcat Wranglers. The Wranglers have been invited to perform at events surrounding the presidential inauguration in Washington, D.C.

Granger is expected to play a few songs from his upcoming album, like “Letters to London” and the newly released “We Do It in a Field,” but you’re likely to hear old favorites, too, like “Sleeping on the Interstate” and “Gypsy Rain.”

The LHTC amphitheater has stair-stepped stones and grass for seating, but you’re invited to bring lawn chairs, blankets and picnic dinners for the full, fun experience. Also performing will be Alex Moser and Peyton Williams, singing a duet that wowed the crowd at LHHS Homecoming’s Varsity Revue.

The Wranglers will be boot-scootin’ as well, and the LHHS cheerleaders and Highlandettes will perform. Children who signed up for the Wrangler dance clinic will also show what they learned in a number for the audience.

Tickets to the Granger Smith concert are $10 each and can be purchased in advance at from your favorite Wrangler or can be bought at the door.
