Witnesses say the shooting victim slapped and harassed several customers at this convenience store before one of them shot him.
A man was shot and killed at the southwest corner of Forest Lane and Audelia Road around 4 p.m. today. The Dallas Morning News reports that the man walked into the EZ Trip Food Store and began harassing customers, slapping and hitting them. One customer walked out but a second customer pulled out a handgun and shot the man outside the store.
The man, whose name has not been released, died at Baylor University Medical Center. The shooter had a concealed handgun license and it is uncertain whether he will face charges.
