Registration is open now for the Monday, October 24 Healing HandsMinistries charity golf tournament at Lakewood Country Club. The $150 registration fee includes an 18-hole, four-man scramble, lunch and dinner and prizes for top golfers.

The event benefits Lake Highlands-based Healing Hands Ministries, a free clinic that provides reliable, effective, efficient health care services to uninsured neighborhood families — preventative medicine and treatment of acute and chronic diseases. Healing hands recently expanded to include a dental clinic too.
