I was so hyped to see “Super 8” after reading entertainment blogger Gary Dowell’s review last week.
As expected, the movie was great fun — “E.T.”- “Stand By Me”- “Poltergeist”- “Goonies”meets “Close Encounters”. Add a dash of modern-day CGI effects and blend for a couple hours of nostalgic awesomeness.
And it gets better: UA Galaxy at McCree has also brought back 80s-era movie prices (almost) with $5 Tuesdays. Yup! I took the whole family to “Super 8” for just $20.
Plus, UA Galaxy gives free refills on large popcorns and large drinks.
