Just passing on a tip — I am not driving anywhere in this freeze, but cravings for chicken dinner prompted some of my family members to go out to Tom Thumb at Skillman/Abrams.
They found something interesting — less chicken available than usual, but beef and steak is on sale. I am not advising that anybody make a special trip to the store, but I hate to think of those beef cattle and their ultimate sacrifice going to waste.
So, if you happen to be going to the store anyway, check it out. My family brought home steak.
