Lake Highlands High was defeated tonight by the Sachse Mustangs 25-6, 25-14, 25-21. The loss in Regional Quarterfinals put an end to their playoff run.
Sachse showed a perfect combination of strong serves, scrappy defensive play and good-ole luck in their lopsided win. Despite a strong effort by the Cats and a gymnasium full of rowdy, red-wearing fans, LHHS couldn’t get a rally going.
