If you’re taking down the pumpkins and owls from Halloween and wondering what will go in their place, picture fresh live poinsettias in shades of red, pink or white for the holidays. The Lake Highlands High School Choirs are selling the plants for $10 each to support LH’s award-winning choir program, but you’ll have to act fast – today’s the last day to place your order.
Email choir mom Brenda Gaba for personal orders, or if your church or business wants a price break or a large quantity, contact Shannon Kidd here. Poinsettias will be delivered December 1.
In the meantime, the kids are working hard in preparation for their Holiday Concert to be held December 7 at 7:30 pm in the LHHS Auditorium. The concert is free and open to the public.
