Kids in the Lake Highlands United Methodist Church youth choir learned Sunday that they’ll travel to Los Angeles for this year’s big summer tour. While there, they’ll perform in local churches and fit in some sightseeing and beach time. Their year of fundraising for the trip begins tonight.
You can support their effort while you eat and shop tonight – just mention the LHUMC youth choir and Highlands Café will donate 10% of your dinner tab from 5-9 pm and/or T. Hee’s Greetings and Gifts will donate 10% of your purchases from 5-8 pm. Both are located at the corner of Walnut Hill and Audelia, in the heart of Lake Highlands.
