But not before you head out to White Rock Lake for the Second Saturday Spruce Up (8 a.m. at the For The Love Of The Lake club house in Casa Linda at 1152 N Buckner Blvd – Suite #123). After all this rain, the shores will be littered with trash washed-in from the northern parts of Dallas and the ‘burbs. Ugh! But FTLOTL always makes it fun with free coffee, food and lot-sa friends. And private-school kids, it’s a great way to earn those requisite service hours.
