The Wildcats posed for pictures Saturday with the coaches, cheerleaders, mascot and Bell Boys

Since the boys on the Wildcat football team were able to endure the sweltering heat of the Boneyard turf Saturday at noon for Picture Day, I figure they are more than ready for the pre-season game against South Garland High this Friday. It was warm.

Junior Chase Walling and Sophomore Trent Jones pose for pics on the Boneyard turf

The Cats will face the Colonels at Wildcat Ram Stadium beginning at 8:30 am Friday, with coaches taking a look at which players belong in which spots. Presumably, fans will also get an idea of which sophomore quarterback will earn the starter position – Michael Ketchmark or Trent Jones. Either way, it’s looking to be an exciting year. Go Cats!
