Noticed that a new Thai place, Ginger Thai Express, is in the works at 6300 Skillman behind Mariano’s.  Thai is abundant in Lake Highlands these days — you’ve got Tukta, Thai2go, and Zatos, to name a few. (Look for more on Zatos this Friday in “Restaurant Talk”). But, hey, I’m not complaining. In fact, I’m looking forward to it.  I do not think this is related to the Ginger Thai at Mockingbird-Skillman. I’ll let you know more shortly.
