It has been a disappointing year for the Dallas Stars, who will miss the NHL playoffs for the second consecutive year. But the LH-based PitPops band will help close out the season Thursday with a performance at Victory Plaza outside the AAC from 6:15-7:15 p.m. before the game. No tickets are needed to see the band.
