No, not the former LHHS principal Dr. Bob Iden — he will still be coaching and teaching at Bishop Lynch High School, but his daughter, Lauren, recently earned her Elementary Special Education degree from TWU, and this month she accepted a position at Spring Creek Elementary. Lauren’s mom Catherine Iden tells us that Lauren is a lot like her dad, which will no doubt be great for the school. Catherine contacted us after receiving January’s issue of the Advocate (which you should receive by this week), in which we listed her husband Bob Iden as one of Lake Highlands’ Most Interesting People. Apparently, the popular educator was pleasantly surprised by the honor.
