It’s Berkner Week, the chance for Lake Highlands to keep Berkner people from referring to the stadium the schools share as "Ram-Wildcat" for another year (although somehow they keep saying it).
Come get fired up for the game by joining us at Picasso’s Pizza and Grill, Skillman at Walnut Hill, at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday for the live taping of the Wildcat Sports Report with coach Scott Smith. You can come ask Coach Smith how the Wildcats plan to stop Berkner’s triple-option offense, and how the Cats will try to score on Berkner’s stout defense.
We will have other special guests, too. Roderick Mackey, who has been outstanding on both sides of the ball, will join us along with the award-winning, high-stepping Highlandettes.
