Taxpayers will get another chance to tell city leaders how to deal with its budget crisis in another round of town hall meetings that starts later this month. The District 10 Lake Highlands meeting is Tuesday, Sept. 1 at 7 p.m. at Aiken Elementary School cafeteria, 2300 Pleasant Valley Drive, with District 10 Councilman Jerry Allen.
