This Saturday from 8-11 a.m., Lake Highlands High School and LH Freshman Center athletes in all sports can come to LHHS to have their physical exam administered by team doctors. The pre-participation medical form must be completed and given to coaches before students can work out with their teams according to University Interscholastic League rules. There is $15 charge for the exam (bring cash), and players should fill out and bring the UIL form (download the form here) for the doctors to complete and sign.

Players are welcome to use their family physician, of course, but the exam must have been administered after June 1, 2009 and should be documented using the UIL form.
