Early yesterday morning police found the body of a four-year-old boy at the bottom of a pool in the Lake Highlands Advenir apartments at Audelia- Walnut Hill about seven hours after his family reported him missing. The mother last night told television reporters she suspected foul play. The family also told reporters that the boy was spotted at the nearby Walgreens during the time he was missing — police have not publicly addressed those claims. According to the latest reports, the medical examiner has ruled little Kyrin Austin’s death an accidental drowning.
