Sure you might have heard of the Lake Highlands Community Garden, but you likely don’t know all there is to know.

If you’re interested in getting involved with the garden, or just curious about what it is, you might want to attend a free lecture about it at The Point, Center for Arts and Education at C.C. Young.

Volunteer gardener A.L. Nickerson will show photos of the garden and discuss the who, what, where, when and how of the community project for interested neighbors of all ages.

The lecture will be held in the auditorium at The Point on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. and is expected to last 45 minutes. The Point, Center for Arts and Education is located at 4847 W. Lawther Drive.
