This month, make a purchase …
… at Blue Mesa Grill. Every “Taco of the Month” sold during July at the 7700 Northwest Highway location means $1 for Baal Dan, a Dallas-based charity that helps Indian children in need. The charity raises money to buy things in bulk that children can use immediately, such as food, clothing, medicines and books. Since 2006, when the charity was founded, more than 1,500 children in India have received aid from Baal Dan, and Blue Mesa has donated $4,547 to the cause. Each Dallas-area Blue Mesa location supports a different nonprofit through the restaurant’s “Tacos for a Cause” program. Learn more at bluemesagrill.com.

Or attend an event …
