We told you earlier this week that the Plaza Bank Center at Skillman and Royal will soon have new tenants, and now we know who some of them are.
According to Charles Williams at the John Bowles Company, the real estate company is working with two different dentists to take over space on the second floor. In more exciting news, they have a burger joint looking to take over the old Rigatoni space and a frozen yogurt operator that is “very serious” about moving into the old TCBY space. Neither restaurant has signed an official lease yet.
Williams also said there have been “numerous inquiries” about the old Starbucks space and they are touring it at least once a week, but have no one lined up to move in just yet.
As for Zato, the sushi restaurant that appears close to completion, Williams said from what he understands it’s set to open sometime next month.
