Churchill Estates, a luxury apartment complex for older adults, is set to open in September. The complex, near Northwest Highway and Lullwater Drive, includes 175 one- and two-bedroom apartments with rents from $2,240 to $3,675 per month. Residents will have access to a 6,000-square-foot gym, a day spa, in-home health care services and an art studio. They also can purchase dining accounts for two on-site restaurants. Besides that, it’s right across the street form Elks Lodge 71 and its Tuesday night bingo games.
On the lot behind Churchill Estates, StoneGate Senior Care is building a nursing home, which at one point had been planned for the site of the old Trinity Lutheran Church.
