Drake, an 8-year-old beagle rescued from the Dallas SPCA, enjoys walks, hiking, eating carrots, and “being cute when presiding over family meetings,” according to Drake’s people, Maurice and Jule Aguirre of Lake Highlands — hence, they dubbed their doggie “The Secretary of the Adorable.”
