During a test yesterday at Wallace Elementary, a teacher confiscated a 12-year-old student’s cell phone, which contained nude photos of what could possibly be a minor female. Disturbing? Yes. Shocking? Not really. Newsworthy? That remains to be seen. Police are looking into the origins of the images and have filed an offense as "sexual performance by a minor".
