Give Pablo Gonzalez a cape and a mask and he just might give Batman a run for his money. The camera-shy Springhill Apartments janitor a few months ago busted a burglar, Jose Rico, who was later arrested in the rapes of two young girls. Just a few days ago, Gonzales caught another man breaking into the complex where he lives and works. Today, Northeast Division Deputy Chief Thomas Lawrence honored Gonzales with a Citizen’s Certificate of Merit.
