The project going up behind the Target south of Northwest Highway promises to be quite spiffy – or so the developer, ZomUSA, says: “Luxury development within the heart of the North Central Dallas transformation.” And no, I don’t quite know what that means — and no one from Zom called me back so I could ask them.
The project, which replaces the old Village View property, is set be done sometime next year. Zom says the units will have granite counter tops and upgraded appliances. No word on what rents will be. Oddly enough, the property is still called Village View on the Zom web site.
