Had a Verizon phone directory left at the house last night, and right on the front it says Garland/Mesquite. Since I don’t live there, or even especially close, I wondered if the company just had some extras it was trying to get rid of.
But that isn’t the case. There’s a map on the inside outlining the distribution area, almost all of Lake Highlands as well as most of the 75214 and 75206 ZIP codes, as well.
It’s also the Spanish directory — somehow, I don’t think that’s going to get much use in many parts of this area.
