When it comes to pizza, you’ve got Sicilian-style pizza, New York-style pizza, Chicago-style pizza — heck, you’ve even got bagel pizza.

Then there’s Picasso’s Pizza.

“We jokingly refer to our pizza as Dallas-style pizza,” says owner Andrew Albert.

That’s because Picasso’s pizza is bit of everything. Create your perfect pizza by picking the style of crust you’d like: thin, deep dish, butter or calzone. Then top it with a sauce: classic red, alfredo, pesto, garlic butter and basil, spicy taco, barbecue, Thai peanut, ricotta cheese or refried beans. Toppings include items such as smoked gouda, sliced avocado and steak fajita meat.

Are you starting to see all of the delectable possibilities here?

“Plus all of our ingredients are fresh, so if you’re eating something here, it’s probably something that we got in that day.”

And if pizza’s not your cup of tea, no worries. The menu here is really more a book with everything from ahi tuna to grilled pork chops to a gorgonzola-and-jack bacon burger.

Just make sure you leave room for dessert, because the chocolate volcano cake is a must-try. And if you’d like to enjoy all of this in the comfort of your pajamas, Picasso’s delivers everything on the menu to the surrounding neighborhood.
