For a block, anyway, between Skillman and Abrams in back of Medallion Center. The request was unanimously approved by the plan commission on April 28. The change still needs to be approved by the council. A hearing is set for May 28 (it’s item 70 on the agenda).
No doubt this is part of the redevelopment of the apartment block on the southern side of Fisher/Southwestern. If you’re putting up a chi-chi townhouse community, Southwestern probably fits your marketing plans a lot better than Fisher.
