In 1981, he founded Randall Hall Custom Homes & Remodeling, a single source for remodeling homes and businesses.

ÒIt gave me the opportunity to create something that made people happy,Ó says Hall.

Over the years, the business has received its share of kudos, including being named a national winner in the Contractor of the Year awards competition by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry for a residential exterior.

But success, he finds, is easier to measure by Òmost of your business coming from repeat customers and referrals from previous clients.Ó

Hall has been married for 33 years to Nancy Hall, his college sweetheart. They have two daughters, Michele and Kelly.
