The Lake Highlands PID (Public Improvement District) invites you to join in their annual Trunk or Treat this Halloween by donating candy or becoming a volunteer. The event, co-hosted by Councilman Adam McGough, is designed to be a safe alternative to trick-or-treating at the homes of strangers.
Volunteers are encouraged to gather from 5-7 p.m. on Oct. 31 at the Royal Highlands Shopping Center, Royal at Skillman, to decorate cars and/or provide and distribute candy. If your family, church, business or friends are willing, contact Vicky Taylor at lhpidpublicsafety@gmail.com or sign up online here.
