Among several arrestees in a Louisiana narcotics investigation were former Lake Highlands High School student Jason Frappier, 26, and Elizabeth Chernyakhovsky, 21. The two reportedly lived together on Ross Avenue in East Dallas.

In April 2011 contributor Carol Toler shared the story of Frappier and his Feb. 2011 arrest related to an alleged East Dallas drug deal that ended with two dead.

In April 2011 a grand jury declined to indict Frappier on capital murder charges related to that case.

In this 2013 case, according to the Livingston News, a Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office and Louisiana State Police search resulted in the arrests and the confiscation of almost $10,000 worth of drugs — heroin, methamphetamine and marijuana. They arrested seven people in the house on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute heroin and methamphetamine, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia, according to police documents.
