I like Dot’s Cafe, formerly John’s Cafe 10870 Plano, and my husband and kids adore it. Dot’s is at its 🙂 best during breakfast, though they offer good cheap lunches too. But breakfast brings a great variety of eggs, omelets, biscuits and gravy (yum) and pancakes (double yum), served in ample quantities, nice and greasy, like my grandma used to make. Said greasiness is why I like, but don’t frequent the place — it doesn’t seem to bother the rest of the family. We also love Dot’s because the staff is always sweet and attentive, we usually see someone we know there, and, importantly to me, the coffee cup is bottomless.
