Second Chance is a hot neighborhood shopping spot — but that’s not the only reason to stop. Sales benefit the Eastlake Pet Clinic, which offers treatment and a no-kill orphanage for animals. Veterinarian Karen Fling says Eastlake treats every animal brought in, regardless of the cost, but that it takes close to $200 on average to properly prepare a pet for adoption.
