We just heard the news that Dr. Iden, principal at Lake Highlands High School announced this morning that he will retire at the end of the year. One of our readers who was there for the announcement says "the place was stunned – dead silence." I put in a call to Dr. Iden so we’ll keep you posted on any developments … or you’ll keep us posted.
Dr. Iden has put in a lot of time over at LHHS. He attended school there and coached before becoming principal. He is really going to be missed by us here at the Advocate and especially by the LHHS community.
