Executive Director of Fine Arts Jeff Bradford said this is the 12th time overall that RISD has been recognized.

“The backbone of our student success is high-quality teaching by some of the finest educators in our state,” Bradford said. “Leaders and innovators in their respective music areas, the RISD team of teachers provide opportunities for students to engage and experience excellence like no place else in their PreK-12 career. Our teachers’ commitment to high standards and impactful music opportunities is what drives our district’s music education success.”

RISD Superintendent Jeannie Stone congratulated district music educators in a recent update video.
