A 31-year-old Black man was found dead inside a vehicle at The Parks at Walnut apartment complex yesterday.
Dallas Police responded to a call at around 11:15 a.m. Jan. 26 in regards to an unresponsive person inside a vehicle. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and pronounced the victim, Donald King, deceased from homicidal violence.
