Chocolate bombs? Yes! Cinnamon Rolls? Sure! Pear Almond Tarts? Finally!

Haute Sweets Patisserie is open again after an SUV crashed through their front window Nov. 17. Chef-owner Tida Pichakron and her staff are working to get their kitchen operation back to 100%, but they’ve got a few goodies in stock and more holiday desserts available for pre-order online here.

After last month’s crash, neighbors swung by to offer good wishes and buy up the fresh-baked treats Pichakron had just set out that morning. The chef took to social media to share her gratitude while she recovered from her injuries.

#Dallas, words can’t begin to describe the emotions I’m feeling from all of your love and support during this difficult time” wrote Pichakron on Facebook. “From your donations, orders, purchases of gift cards, and lovely notes and phone calls, we realize now how much we truly are part of this amazing community! I started this business to share our love and passion for making desserts to sweeten the lives of our neighbors, and in return you have shared your hearts and compassion with us!”

“To all the friends, family, and businesses that have shared our story, pitched in to help cleanup, or kept our bellies full,” continued Pichakron, “we are so grateful for your support.”

If you’d like to purchase holiday gifts or Christmas desserts, you’ll need to get a move on. The pre-order deadline is Dec. 18 at 2 p.m., and pick up is Dec. 21-24. Haute Sweets is at 10230 E. Northwest Highway.
