Dallas’ City Plan Commission approved development plans for a Chase Bank with a drive-in window at Lake Highlands Town Center.

The nearly 4,000-square-foot bank is planned on the southeast corner of Walnut Hill Lane and Skillman Street and includes a pedestrian plaza.

Development plans were approved by the commission this summer, but were deemed invalid after failing to meet the planned development district’s required setbacks. The plans were resubmitted to comply with the 15-foot maximum setback on Lookout Point.

The plans were approved by the commission Nov. 5 and will now face a decision by the Dallas City Council.
