An apartment fire set four apartment units in flames, no one was injured.
Around 8 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 11 Dallas Fire-Rescue responded to a 911 call for a fire at an apartment complex on 9850 Whitehurst Drive.
Apartment residents were evacuating as the firefighters arrive.
“After the transmitting of a second alarm, firefighters were able to contain the blaze and declare it extinguished in just over an hour and a half,” Dallas Fire Rescue spokesman Jason Evans said.
There were no injuries reported, but the number of displaced residents from the four apartments is unknown.
The cause of the fire is undetermined.
