Lochland’s Food and Spirits is shutting down for the week.

Last week, Gov. Greg Abbott announced the closure of bars and scaling back restaurants’ permitted occupancy to 50%.

Lochland’s Food and Spirits announced on social media that they will be closing for the week as COVID-19 cases continue to rise.

“In order to protect our staff and our loyal customers, as well as our community that we love, Lochland’s will shut down this week.” they wrote in a Facebook post. “We hope COVID-19 cases subside so we can reopen safely.”

Texas cases are currently at 156,605 and 20,737 from Dallas County, according to NY Times.
