On Monday, April 28, Governor Greg Abbott announced his plans to begin re-opening Texas. Restaurants, movie theaters and stores may open as long as they maintain only a 25% occupancy and follow social distancing.
Although this is a state-wide policy, these neighborhood restaurants are choosing the safety of employees and customers, so they won’t be opening on Friday, May 1. Takeout and curbside pick up is still available:
- HAUTE SWEETS PATISSERIE
- RESIDENT TAQUERIA
- RM 12:20 BISTRO
- SOCO COFFEE & GOODEATSÂ will allow outdoor seating only.
- NATURE’S PLATE
- MOMO ITALIAN KITCHEN
- VECTOR BREWING
- CHUBBY’S is still offering curbside pick up and one free coffee for breakfast orders, one free beverage for lunch orders and one free dessert for dinner orders in order to say thank you to customers.
- MARIANO’S HACIENDA
- YAMA SUSHIÂ is still offering a $1 sushi menu.
- RESIDENT TAQUERIAÂ is offering online ordering here.
