Barking Hound Village is coming to the neighborhood, a dog boarding and daycare facility owned by married couple, Lisa and Jeremy Jones. Their zoning application is for 7606 Greenville Avenue.
“The dog daycare facility offers dog boarding and daycare only, with limited grooming services (e.g., baths) that are part of the boarding service. There are no other pet-related services like training, veterinary care, detailed grooming, or significant retail sales. Additionally, no other animals will be housed at the facility,” according to the zoning application.
The family-owned business is new to the neighborhood, with two locations in the Dallas area. This will be the third.
“So here we are happily married and loving what we do. We work hard every day to make Barking Hound Village the best experience for you and your dog(s),” writes the couple on their website. “Every dog is a guest with us just once. After that, they become a wonderful member of our ever-growing BHV family.”
A few of the daycare services include:
- Play groups of similar size and temperament
- Dogs go out a minimum of five times a day
- Dog safety
- Staff is Pet CPR and first-aid certified.
- BHV uploads photos and videos to FaceBook/Instagram
